Under the new direction of Roger Beguinot and his maitre de chai, Thibaud Boudignon, Château Soucherie is working toward 100% organic farming of Chenin, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, and Gamay. This vintage of Rosé de Loire “L’Astrée” is made from steel-processed hand-harvested Gamay (100%), showing notes of pepper, pink grapefruit, raspberry, and red flowers, complemented by a hint of residual sugar and balanced acidity. Just 12% ABV. Medium-bodied.
