Lignier Passetoutgrain (pahss-too-grah) is steel-fermented, separately-vinified Pinot Noir (about 66%, all sourced from Morey-Saint-Denis) and Gamay. It is bottled unfined/unfiltered to highlight Burgundian complexity, complemented by a touch of Beaujolais juiciness. 2023 is light on its feet, dry, and zippy with soft tannins and bright berry acidity, making this a perfect chillable match for picnics, backyard grill parties, and even into the winter holidays.
