Cristom was making amazing Willamette Valley Pinot Noir long before most people knew there were vines in Oregon. Mt. Jefferson is a Biodynamic blend of 18 different Eola-Amity vineyards aged in French oak for notes of tea, pumpkin spice, earth, stewed cherries, and blackberries over a soft, luxurious framework of ample acids and some really nice tannic grip. Even more complexity will develop over the next few years, so don't be afraid to pack a case away in the cellar.
