Stephen Hagen grows six clones of Pinot Noir in addition to Pinot Gris on his 20.5 acres of chemical-free farm and vineyards. The Farm's Pinot selection includes Juel, Passiflora, Luxuria, and Perpetua Rubrum, which are priced from $50 to $100, respectively, but Hagen can make this wine affordable by using declassified fruit from those top cuvees. It's a superbly complex Pinot loaded with lush fruit, spice, oak, herbs, Amaro, leather notes, and balancing acidity on a fuller-bodied frame of 14% abv. Whether you prefer Burgundy or California, you'll love Antiquum Pinot with a variety of foods.
