Ca' Furlan (the "Ca" is pronounced like "Kah" and means family or house) remains a family brand headed by winemaker Alessandro Furlan, who was among the first to introduce a rosé version of Prosecco after DOC rules changed. It is primarily Glera, the standard grape in all Prosecco, and 15% Pinot Noir for a balanced and lightly juicy sparkler with notes of berry patch, nectarine, ginger, minerals, and some yeasty bread notes. Don't let the rosy pink color fool you: Cuvée Mariana Brut is dry.
