While many Champagne houses have gone the way of multinational ownership, Billecart remains a family business after more than 200 years. Established in 1818 with the marriage of Nicolas François Billecart and Elisabeth Salmon, the winery insists on preserving an elegant and graceful way of life that expresses itself in your glass. Made of Grand & Premier Cru fruit, each parcel and varietal is vinified separately before combining with 40% reserve wines for the final blend. Full-bodied and earthy with a delicate nose of biscuit and citrus zest, followed by pear and stone fruit on the palate and a finish of minerals and panettone.
