Germain makes so many superb wines, but his golden sparkling Chenin Blanc is something special. Although it's dry at 12.5% ABV, plenty of buttery pastry and orchard fruit are set against fine bubbles and balanced acidity. 5% each of Chard and Cab Franc are added.
