Another hit from Stolpman, this blend of 40% Pinot Gris, 34% Tocai Friulano, 18% Gewürztraminer, and 8% Orange Muscat is a savory Orange wine without being too funky, weird, or overpowering. Old-vine Santa Barbara fruit is left whole, steel-fermented for seven days under carbon, before fully fermenting in steel and aging in old oak for four months. Fuller medium-bodied with layers of orange, grapefruit, melon, and orchard fruit. No added sulfites.
