Sancerre doesn't get more classic than this. Raimbault has been a staple of fine restaurants and shops for years while retaining its moderate price tag for 100% old-vine single-village fruit grown in mineral-rich soil and fermented and aged in steel. Crisp with lemon/lime, minerals, and quince. An excellent pairing with fish, shellfish, green vegetables, and herb sauces.
