Simply mix 1 part Kopke Dry White Port with two parts high-quality tonic water over ice, and garnish with mint and orange slices. You can even make it in a pitcher or punch bowl. If you want to experience white Port in its purest form, chill it, serve it in a wine glass as an aperitif, and enjoy with appetizers. Although the "Dry" Port clocks in at 19.5% ABV and 50g/l residual sugar, Kopke relies on nearly 400 years of tradition in crafting an exceptionally balanced Malvasia-based wine, showcasing aromatic, tropical, and floral notes.
