Implicit Branco (white) is a blend of 30% Antao Vaz, 50% Arinto, and 20% Alvarinho from the interior of central Portugal, close to the border of Spain. Familia Rosa Santos vinifies in steel for a crisp, saline, fuller-bodied Branco with notes of baked apples, minerals, grapefruit, and nectarines. Pair with fish, pasta, roast pork, and grilled sausage.
