Hey! is what you need when craving a serious white wine. Made by Amos Bañeres with 50/50 Macabeu/Xarello from 4.5 hilly acres near Vilafranca del Penedès (7 miles from the sea), Hey! gets about a week of skin-contact and 3 months of lees-contact before aging in French oak barrels for 1.5 years. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without sulfites. Rich in color and flavor with deep notes of whole baked apple, fennel, and grapefruit pith. Low ABV at 10.5%. Pair with Manchego, paella, and fish dishes featuring olive oil.
