Pinhook's founder and Master Blender, Sean Josephs, has been on a tear of creativity since 2010. He develops new riffs on bourbon and rye each year at the Castle & Key Distillery (formerly Old Taylor) in Frankfort, Kentucky. This Straight Whiskey is made with a mash bill of non-GMO corn 65%, rye 5%, and 30% malted barley - all locally sourced - and aged over four years in oak. The magenta wax-sealed bottle features peanut brittle, apricots, kettle corn, and shoofly pie. Just shy of 118 proof.
