Hamilton is sourced from the Diamond Distillery (Demerara Distillers Ltd), the last producer of many fine rums in Guyana. Made from a molasses base, the 151-proof pot-still amber rum has been cask-aged for five years and exhibits dried fruit, baking spice, pipe tobacco, sherry, caramel, and toasted wood.
