Cappelletti Americano Aperitivo is an orange-infused blend of Pinot Bianco, Garganega, and Trebbiano flavored with local herbs, flowers, and roots from Trento in the Alto-Adige region. Compared to Campari and Aperol, Cappelletti is the driest and at the midpoint of intensity and alcohol level (17% ABV). And unlike the others, Cappelletti gets its color from all-natural carmine made from cochineal beetles. Mix it with grapefruit juice & club soda, Prosecco, or in a Negroni.
