La Lata was created by the husband & wife team of Álvaro de la Viña and Ana González, who began canning cocktails made with Spanish ingredients like Vemut and Sherry. However, nothing is more Spanish - or Basque - than dry cider. Sourced from Izeta Sagardotegia in Guipuzcoa, this sagardoa (Basque for cider) uses organic indigenous apples fermented with native yeasts. La Lata is unsweetened, unfined, unfiltered, with a refreshingly dry palate of apples without being overly sour. It's a refreshing thirst quencher for any season at 7% abv with crabapple, creamy soursop, and green pears with a touch of cider vinegar.
