Owned and operated by Olga & Barnaby Tuttle, Teutonic Wine Company was born out of love for German Riesling. By 2005, they were ready to grow small plots of unique terroir-inspired Riesling, which expanded to exciting cool-weather maritime renditions of Pinot Noir. Seafoam is 100% wild yeast fermented Pinot Noir with no skin contact and barrel-aged. It has a slight pink hue and expresses itself as white wine, but like a briny white wine meant to accompany oysters, clams, and lobster. Wild yeast fermented with no skin contact and barrel-aged.
