This organic sparkling rosé from the Loire Valley is made using the Ancestral Method of pausing fermentation, bottling then allowing fermentation to resume and finish in the bottle. This gives the wine a natural, bubbly and fresh mouth feel while the Pinot Noir adds an adequate amount of fruit and body.
