Passe-tout-grains might seem like a mouthful, but it's pronounced "pass-ah-TOO-gran" and means "pass all grapes" into a blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir. Made by Domaine Rochebin in the Mâconnais region of southern Burgundy, Herisson is aged in cement tanks and packaged in a 3-liter bag-in-a-box equivalent to four bottles of wine that stays fresh for four weeks after opening.
