Within a stone's throw from the grand vineyards of Hermitage, Alain Graillot and his son Maxime have brought Crozes-Hermitage to a new level, and now Maxime has taken over for his father while expanding his own domaine. Maxime's Des Lises is gorgeously structured, fruit-forward, and full-bodied with black raspberry, olive, and violet. It pairs well with any red meat.
