After 414 years and 15 generations of farming on the Saint Emilion/ Pomerol plateau, the Amoreau family has a unique approach to winemaking. Emilien is a biodynamic, low-sulfur blend of Merlot (85%), Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Carménère aged in oak barrels for 24 months. Unlike most Bordeaux, this old-school wine will not clobber your palate.
