Made by the Kumazawa Brewing Company, Tensei (re-incarnation) is a brand of Sake from the coastal Kanagawa Prefecture, south of Tokyo, and stretching around a scenic coastline skirting the Miura Peninsula and Sagami Bay. It's a surfing and seafood destination, making Infinite Summer a logical choice for seaside refreshment. As a Tokubetsu (special) Honjozo (Sake with a small amount of alcohol added during brewing), Infinite Summer is made with highly quality rice (Gohyakumangoku) polished down to 60%. Notes of banana, salted watermelon, apple, and aloe on a light, dry palate. Serve cool or room temperature with seafood, chicken, and vegetables. 15% ABV.
