Serea (“Mermaid” in Gallego) is a steel-fermented/aged Albariño from 10-15-year-old organic vines planted near the coast for a dry, medium-bodied wine with pale gold & green highlights and notes of cider apple, grass, and tropical notes. It finishes with plenty of brine, lots of bright acidity, and minerals. Pair with grilled fish, raw shellfish, and Spanish rice dishes.
