Natty Bombo Rosé Pet Nat is a blend of organic Groppello, Barbera, Sangiovese, and Marzemino from the Lake Garda region of Lombardy. More detail is pointless because one glance at the attractive label and seductive copper hues will entice you like a bee to a blossom. Once opened, you'll get watermelon notes, gentle fizz, minerals, flowers, pink grapefruit, and dried apricots. We know it's not the cheapest sparkler, but Enrico DiMartino of Cascina Belmonte doesn't make much of this 'metodo ancestral' on his sustainable farm, which happens to be a haven for local bees. In a perfect world, you would have a bottle per person to go with anything from raw fish, prosciutto, grilled sausages, and foods swimming in excellent olive oil. Dry at 12.5abv.
