This 100% Rye was originally made by Master Distiller Dave Pickerell, formerly of Maker's Mark, in Shoreham, Vermont. The spirit itself is distilled north of the border in Canada, partially aged there, and finished at Whistle Pig farm, and how lucky we are. This is one of the finest examples of North American Rye with a big, dense palate, hints of honey, baking spice, wood tannin, pepper, and oranges. 100 proof.
