Probitas is a collaboration between two leaders in the artisanal rum world: Hampden Estate in Trelawny, Jamaica, and Foursquare Rum Distillery in Saint Philip, Barbados. The former contributes unaged pot still Jamaican rum to Foursquare's blend of young pot & Coffey still rums. The final spirit is a non-chill filtered pale rum without any sugar, flavoring, or color to get in the way of green tropical fruit, Jamaican spice, coconut cream, roasted nuts, and a touch of funk.
