Concocted by the bartenders at Bittercube of Wisconsin, Heirloom is a line of liqueurs to complement their all-natural bitters. The Pineapple Amaro is a new take on a classic digestif but with a fruity twist. Now, this is not some alcoholic pineapple juice. First, it's made with the skins of the small, sweet, intensely aromatic Queen Victoria pineapple, which lends so much complexity and depth. Secondly, quinine-like Quassia Bark from Jamaica is the bittering agent. Together, the pair creates an elegant, subtle, and flexible cocktail modifier to a pina colada or daiquiri, or enjoy neat instead of dessert.
