The Shed Distillery in Ireland has taken a new twist on gin by adding a distinctly aromatic ingredient. Named for its rolled leaves, Chinese Gunpowder tea has smoky green notes that complement Drumshanbo's formula of meadowsweet, cardamom, juniper, coriander, angelica, orris, caraway, star anise, lemon, oriental grapefruit, and kaffir lime sourced from three continents. An excellent neat sipper or cocktail base. 86 proof.
