Bushido single serving can is a great way to ease into rice wine. Way of the Warrior "Ginjo Genshu" (meaning it's made with high-polish rice and left undiluted at 18% ABV) is six ounces of delicious, clean-tasting yet rich Sake from two rice varieties, Gohyakumangoku and Gin-Ohmi. The flip-top can and plastic lid let you try a little with lunch and dinner until you're ready to down the whole can in one shot. Floral and melony with touches of red fruit and apple. Serve chilled in a white wine glass and pair with seafood, Asian pork belly, and sushi. The extra bit of alcohol makes it seem sweeter.
